I am a lifetime Weight Watchers member and have been for 5 years now. It's the only diet program that really works. I've tried all kinds of diet plans and it's the only one that helps with both weight loss and weight control. After all, once you've lost your weight, you want to maintain it, right? With other programs, you're restricted with what you're allowed to eat, whether it's low carb diets that restrict the amount of fruit and veggies you can have, or the cookie diet which, let's face it, is ridiculous. Even if it works short term for long term weight loss, WW is the best. Portion control, healthy eating and the odd treat and you'll lose a sensible 1-2 lbs/week. And keep it off. I did. 5 years and still going strong!!
