His program is available online as an e-book, and isn’t published as a print book. You can purchase and download the e-book directly from the author’s website.
Some bold claims appear on the program’s website, such as it’s the most powerful fat burning system ever created. That claim hasn’t been proven, and could be more sales hype than truth. However, some people report that the information in the book really helped them get into shape. This program hasn’t been around for long, so there’s not much information on the results.
About the Program
Venuto sees his book as a weight loss bible. The downloadable e-book has 340 pages of information. Topics include health and fitness information, including chapters on muscles, exercise and food intake. The plan has a focus on burning fat, and not just losing water weight or muscle mass. Venuto is a bodybuilder, so he knows a lot about building muscles while remaining lean. Don’t let the bodybuilder scare you away. Following this plan won’t turn you into the Incredible Hulk.
It’s important to note that Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle isn’t a diet plan. You don’t receive a plan that says whether or not you should eat certain foods. There also aren’t any special phases or days when you eat or don’t eat certain foods.
What you do is learn how to tell what’s best for your body. Instead of telling you what to do, Venuto arms you with knowledge to figure out how much protein, carbohydrates and fats you should eat. He also supplies information on how to determine your body type, the amount of calories you burn each day and how well your body handles carbohydrates.
The e-book also dedicates a chapter to goal setting. According to the author, setting goals is an important part of weight loss. Striving to reach goals keeps you going when you feel like giving up. Your mindset is more important than any piece of exercise equipment. Mentally preparing for weight loss is just as important as physical preparation.

If you don’t like reading, then this e-book isn’t for you. The 340-page e-book contains a lot of information, and some people might find it overwhelming. People looking for a quick weight loss plan won’t find it here. Reviews of the program are positive, but you must be willing to read the entire book. It might be a good idea to read a little at a time so you don’t become overwhelmed.
Since this is a relatively new program, there’s not much information about how well it works. Based on the response to Venuto’s print book, The Body Fat Solution, he provides helpful information.
